- return the product(s) that were shipped to you*

Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs. In order to make sure to get your refund, please use a courier, who provides a tracking number. Any underwear damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
